CLIENT SERVICE IMPORTANT INFORMATION

During the clarity call, we will discuss your specific business needs and uncover how our services can help you achieve your goals.

A clarity call is a great opportunity to get to know us better and understand how we can help your business grow. During the call, we will discuss your specific needs and goals, and we will tailor a solution that meets your unique requirements.

We believe that our clarity calls are a valuable resource for businesses, and we want to ensure that you get the most out of your investment. That's why we charge a non-refundable fee for the call. This fee helps us to cover the cost of our time and expertise.

Once you have booked your clarity call, you will receive a separate email with scheduling and meeting information. This email will include a list of available call times and a meeting link. Please select a time that is convenient for you and click on the meeting link to join the call.

ALL CLIENT SERVICE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

BLACK BUSINESS MARKET FAQS

All registration and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that not all vendors who apply will be accepted. All Black Business Markets will be held RAIN or SHINE. IF ACCEPTED, you will be contacted via email with a direct link to register your business and complete payment. Payment will be due immediately upon acceptance to the market. Space is not secured or held without payment. If you are a food vendor you must provide proof of proper licensing. 

BBM SUMMER VENDOR DETAILS & HELPFUL TIPS: 

• UPON ARRIVAL THERE WILL BE A BBM WELCOME TABLE PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF OF YOUR ARRIVAL. FURTHER DETAILS GIVEN AT THAT TIME. 
• SPACE: Your space will be outdoors. You must provide your own tent (tent leg weights are suggested) and table cloth (Table cloth should cover the front half of the table). 
• MARKET LOCATION: RBG EATERY 1958 Palmyra Rd. SW. Warren, Ohio 44485. There is a carwash attached to the building. Be aware of the weather. We are RAIN OR SHINE.
• PARKING: There will be designated parking signs at the location. ALL CARS MUST BE MOVED TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS PRIOR TO MARKET STARTING (11:45AM) DO NOT BLOCK PARKING LOT or CAR WASH ENTRANCE.
• LOAD-IN AND REGISTRATION: Registration is at 10am. Late arrivals may be denied entry or forced to unload further away and walk in their display. Please be patient. Space is assigned as you arrive. We do allow you to drive up to your space to unload DURING your load-in window. Please empty your vehicle completely before attempting to set up your display. Vehicle must be moved to a designated parking area when load-in is complete. This will ensure everyone can load-in as quickly as possible. DO NOT BLOCK PARKING LOT AND CAR WASH ENTRANCE OR EXIT.
• LOAD-OUT: Please break down your AREA completely before pulling your vehicle in to load-out. This will ensure everyone can leave as quickly as possible.

RESTROOMS: There are restrooms on-site, inside the restaurant. 

ELECTRIC / WIFI: There is NO expectation of electricity or wifi. We don't provide either. 

SHARE / PROMOTE: Feel free to share event flyer and our facebook event with friends https://m.facebook.com/events/1243975562929598?mibextid=Z0UBBX (Share and invite to give people the opportunity to come and visit the BBM). It is vital that we all assist in promoting our markets. We couldn’t do it without you. We can’t wait to see you all soon.
